It was a disappointing outing for our Kensington (1), who were bested by Para Hills in 2. Senior Women's Competition.
First up, we made 115 from 30 overs. Ava Foote was still there at the end on 27 off 41 balls.
In reply, Para Hills passed our total, finishing on 8/119 in 25.5 overs. Seren Hughes posted 51 for the visitors, a quality fifty. The wickets were shared around, with Gopika Pandit taking three for 18. Matilda Browning bowled superbly for two for 17.
Credit to our opponents, who played well. It's been a tough run, and we'll be working hard to turn it around. Well played to the visitors.
