Our Kensington Kookaburra Womens 2nd Grade T20 were on song as they put away Adelaide on home soil.
First up, we made 3/179 from 20 overs. Fifty for Francesca Queale, who finished with 97 not out off 62 balls.
In reply, Adelaide finished on 59 from 19.1 overs. Tessie Kennedy starred with the ball, taking four for 12.
It was an excellent all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up.
The team have now won three straight. Thanks to our opponents for the contest.
