Our Kensington Kookaburra Womens 2nd Grade were on song as they prevailed over Adelaide thanks to Abby Collihole's 37.
First up, Adelaide made 6/127 from 36 overs. Credit to Jasmin Earl, who made a half-century (51) for the hosts. Shannon Calvert was the pick of our bowlers with two for 10. Olivia Temme chipped in with two for 22.
In reply, the girls reached the target at 3/132 in 25 overs. Abby Collihole led the way with 37 off 44 balls with one four and one six. Abby Bain was still there at the end on 30 off 68 balls.
A brilliant result for the side. That's back-to-back wins for the girls.
A superb effort from the side.
