Good news from our Kensington Kookaburra Womens 2nd Grade, who were too good for Adelaide University on Sunday, winning by ten wickets.
Our bowlers restricted Adelaide University to 10/61 from 24.2 overs. Phoebe Taylor bowled superbly for a six-wicket haul, six for 6 off 4.2 overs.
In reply, the side reached the target at 0/67 in 7 overs. Francesca Queale was unbeaten on 26 off 24 balls.
A cracking result for the girls.
Thanks to our opponents for the contest.
