It was a tough day out for our Kensington Kookaburra Womens 2nd Grade, who were bested by Glenelg on a day that didn't go our way.
It finished 10/109 to 6/110. Phoebe Taylor batted well for 46 off 54 balls with eight fours. Sara Rajguru claimed three for 7 for Glenelg.
The best of our opponents' batters was Rajguru with 35.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
Credit to the visitors, and well played.
