It was a good day out for our Kensington Kookaburra Womens 2nd Grade, who secured a win against Glenelg in a dominant display.
Glenelg batted first and reached 10/73 from 31.5 overs. Natasha MacBean tore through the batting order, taking five for 10. Tessie Kennedy claimed three for 18 as well.
In reply, the team reached the target at 2/74 in 11.1 overs. Francesca Queale batted well for 39 off 39 balls with four fours and one six.
Congratulations to the girls on a superb result.
