Our Kensington West End Mens 1st Grade - Div One side went down against Adelaide at Samtass Oval.
Our totals were 10/131, against Adelaide's 253. Harry Matthias was the pick of our batters with 46 off 142 balls. Noah McFadyen bowled superbly for the hosts, a five-wicket haul of five for 25. Rishu Sharma picked up three for 25 for our opponents.
Seb Mcvann grabbed four for 61. Ethan Bamber added three for 43. The hosts' Noah McFadyen made a stylish 110. Sharma posted 61 for our opponents, a polished fifty.
There were some good individual efforts to build on. The boys will be keen to turn things around after three straight losses. Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
