It was a good day out for our Kensington West End Mens 1st Grade - Div One, who had the measure of Woodville in a pleasing performance.
With the bat, we made 2/160 and 4/170; Woodville made 10/157 and 10/168. Fifty for Joshua Doyle, who finished with 61 off 66 balls. Doyle brought up a polished half-century, finishing with 59 not out off 49 balls. Fifty for Jaikar Singh, who finished with 53 not out off 72 balls. For the hosts, Mitchell Tanner took three for 74 off fourteen overs.
Cameron Fatchen claimed an excellent six-wicket haul, finishing with six for 60. Henry Cullen made a classy 96 not out for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century.
An excellent result for the team.
Congratulations to all involved.
