There was plenty to celebrate as our Kensington West End Mens 2nd Grade knocked over Woodville with a good team effort.
We kept Woodville to 72 from 23.2 overs. For the visitors, chaik Hathurusinghe made 34 off 44 balls. Jay Temme bowled well for a six-wicket haul, six for 19 off 6.2 overs.
In reply, the team reached the target at 0/73 in 12 overs. Fred Mcclure remained unbeaten with 36 off 34 balls. An unbeaten 34 off 38 balls from Hayden Cesaro was a highlight.
Contributions came from right through the line-up. An excellent effort from the boys.
