Playing at home, our Kensington West End Mens 4th Grade defeated Tea Tree Gully at Kensi Gdns Res - Col Waite Oval.
We batted first and put 5/358 on the board from 40 overs. A century to Zac Grice, who made 259 not out off 128 balls with fourteen fours and 24 sixes. Josh Allen's 54 off 60 balls was a half-century to remember.
In reply, Tea Tree Gully finished on 7/141 from 40 overs. The best of our opponents' batters was Henry Brand with 47. Taj Panelli led the way with the ball, finishing with three for 33.
The runs on the board proved more than enough. Thanks to the visitors for the contest.
