It was a good day out for our Kensington Kookaburra Womens 2nd Grade, who got the better of Glenelg for an excellent result.
Glenelg's innings closed at 8/94 from 40 overs. Olivia Temme picked up three for 16 off seven overs.
In reply, the team reached the target at 3/98 in 19.3 overs. Jade Gersch finished 46 not out off 48 balls. Abby Collihole contributed 28 off 39 balls.
That's back-to-back wins for the side. It was a good way to turn the tables on the hosts, who beat us last time we met. Congratulations to all involved.
