It was a good day out for our Kensington West End Mens 3rd Grade, who had the measure of Adelaide University in a pleasing performance.
Adelaide University batted first and made 141 from 37.4 overs. Aaron Laslett made 29 for our opponents. The wickets were shared around, with Loughlin Stewart taking three for 32.
In reply, the side reached the target at 3/145 in 28 overs. Jaikar Singh made a cracking 53 off 40 balls, a well-made fifty. Jayden Growden made 33 off 60 balls.
A well-deserved win for the team. We've now overcome five sides in a row. Congratulations to the side on a superb result.
