Our Kensington CC Over 50 Men Div 2 side were bested by Woodville South Over 50 Men Cats on a frustrating day.
First up, Woodville South Over 50 Men Cats made 6/190 from 40 overs. Credit to Andrew Spence, who made a half-century (50) for our opponents. Andrew Heitmann returned figures of three for 23 off eight overs.
In reply, the boys were all out for 178 in 38.2 overs. Vivek Paranjpe brought up a good half-century, finishing with 75 off 53 balls. Matt Stanford bowled well for the hosts, taking three for 26.
Plenty to work on, and plenty to like.
