It was a satisfying day for our Kensington West End Mens 1st Grade - Div One, who saw off East Torrens thanks to Harry Matthias's 83.
East Torrens' innings ended at 186, ours at 8/258. Harry Matthias made a superb 83 not out off 201 balls, a well-made fifty. Robbie White weighed in with 49 off 114 balls. James Cleggett contributed 40 off 88 balls. Campbell Thompson was the main threat for the visitors, taking four for 69.
Cameron Fatchen finished with five for 69, a five-wicket haul to savour. Michael Cranmer passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 51. Ryan King weighed in with 36 for the visitors.
That makes it two wins in a row.
An excellent effort from the boys.
